Agreement
By accessing or using BillBridge at billbridge.meritt.app, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
BillBridge is operated by Meritt Dev Limited (Company Number 16581026).
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use BillBridge. If you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. BillBridge is a business tool and is not directed at children.
Service description
BillBridge provides invoicing, time tracking, quotes, client management, and related business tools. Features may change during beta. We may add, modify, or discontinue functionality with reasonable notice when possible.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
- Do not use BillBridge for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- You retain ownership of your business data and grant us a limited license to host and process it to provide the service.
Beta and pricing
BillBridge offers a free plan and paid Pro and Business plans. The free plan may display third-party advertisements served through Google AdSense. Paid plans include an ad-free dashboard experience along with additional features. See our pricing page for current rates. Taxes, billing cycles, and refund terms for paid plans are disclosed before charges apply.
Termination
You may stop using BillBridge at any time and may cancel a paid subscription from your dashboard billing page. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use BillBridge ends, but sections that should survive (such as disclaimers and liability limits) will continue to apply.
Disclaimer
BillBridge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices, tax treatment, and compliance with applicable laws.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meritt Dev Limited and BillBridge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the revised terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of BillBridge after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice where appropriate.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
