How to permanently delete your BillBridge account and everything stored in it.

Overview
You can delete your BillBridge account at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your identity and the business records stored in it. This action cannot be undone, so please export anything you want to keep before you start.
Delete from the mobile app
To delete your account from the BillBridge mobile app:
- Open the app and go to your Profile.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted. Your account and data are then permanently removed.
Delete by email
If you signed up on the web or prefer not to use the app, email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you: [email protected] with the subject line "Delete my account". We verify the request against your account email before deleting anything.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account identity and sign-in credentials.
- All of your business data — invoices, quotes, clients, expenses, and time entries.
- Uploaded files such as logos and attachments.
Once deletion is complete, this data cannot be recovered.
Data we may retain
We retain account and business records while your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, or security purposes — typically up to seven years for billing records where required. After deletion, we only keep the limited records the law requires us to retain, and everything else is removed. See our Privacy Policy for full details on retention.
